Member Spotlight: Meet Marta Nowicka
A brief introduction - I am a Polish national who relocated to Summit, NJ in December 2019, just before the pandemic started. Thinking about my story, I was born and raised in a communist Poland. I believe that influenced my career as a coach/trainer and as an artist. Since early childhood, I dreamt of travelling and meeting people from different cultures.

Meet Lily Trouse
I am a junior at Fairleigh Dickinson University pursuing a major in marketing and minor in leadership management . I will be graduating in the fall, but am a part of the University's 4+1 program where I will attend class for an extra year to get my master’s degree. I am currently a member of the Marketing Club, Women in Business Club, and Greek organization Zeta Tau Alpha whose philanthropy is breast cancer education and awareness. Last fall I was FDU's Silberman College of Business media intern where I helped manage their social media accounts and contributed to a weekly update sent out to students. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, reading, and going to the beach!
Thank You for Your Daring Leadership

Under the leadership of a member facilitator, participants connect in small communities and 1:1.
Meet Andreas Aponte
My name is Andreas and I am a mom, wife, entrepreneur, and member of the administrative team at Newark Academy. I was born and lived my whole life in Puerto Rico until 2021, when I relocated to New Jersey. This move was a very welcome step in my journey to support my husband's medical training.
What Did You Learn Today?
At last week's lunchtime conversation, Co-Co members and guests were invited into a welcoming, digital co-learning space. Passionate about women’s financial literacy and competency, Co-Co members Sheila Klehm, Susie McLane, Jessica Perrone, and Brynne Thompson shared their personal approaches to spending, saving, and investing.
Coming Home
2022 has been a whirlwind–starting with the anticipation of returning from parental leave. I began the year preparing–in every way I could think of–to set myself up for success as a mom of a baby, kindergartener, and third grader… and a business owner, a friend, partner, and a human being. I asked myself–“What would car pools look like? How would I prioritize among my many hopes for this business now in its fourth year? When would I work out? How would I set boundaries as an entrepreneur? Date night? Sleep?!” In full disclosure, there were spreadsheets involved, and walks with friends, and many conversations with my husband.
