As the sun starts to set a bit earlier every night, we are reminded that the summer dog days will end. Now is the time to book a vacation, take a trip to the beach, see an outdoor concert, or eat a bunch of ice cream.

My mission is to support awakening souls tune back to Self, to heal and align their mind-body-soul connection so that they may create a life of presence, power and purpose. The transition from an ego-driven life to a soul-led one is not for the faint of heart. It can feel lonely and scary at first and yet so fulfilling and expansive. As a Soul Coach, IntuitiveEnergy Healer, and Space Holder, my intention is to create a safe and supportive container so that my client can tap into their truth and vulnerability, and begin to deepen their relationship with Self + source.
