Igniter of people and organizations. Certified Leadership and Pivot Coach | Facilitator | Keynote Speaker | Consultant

Here’s the reader’s digest version of my career. I divide it into a few chapters. Higher education where I had the opportunity to work with high potential student leaders. Corporate consulting around diversity, equity and inclusion. Fundraising for organizations that I was passionate about. And non-profit leadership.

I served as the CEO of Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley for almost 7 years. Although I couldn’t frame a house, I could frame an organizational vision.

I launched The Think Good Company as a full-fledged business in 2018. I lead my work with coaching. Other services under the Think Good umbrella include workshop facilitation, change management consultant, and team coaching. I do lots of work with non-profit leaders and their organizations.

Think Courageously is all about supporting successful women as they find the courage to make pivots. I am the host of The Think Courageously Podcast and run various communities and coaching circles for women.

I learned about the Co-Co from my dear friend and coaching colleague, Rebecca Braitling. Even though I live in Pennsylvania, Rebecca knew I would be drawn to the dynamic membership of the Co-Co.

One of my favorite authors, Rich Litvin (The Prosperous Coach) has a great quote that goes something like this…”if you find yourself the most interesting person in the room, you need to consider a different room.” This quote motivated me to join the Co-Co. And, I became a virtual member.

The power of membership at the Co-Co is being open to meeting fabulous women. When I first joined, the team listened carefully to what I wanted in a co-working space. REACH is my 2020 word and the Co-Co has really allowed me to expand my world. And, as fate would have it, fellow member, Christina Langdon and I met via an introduction and have been building a business together! It’s been amazing experience.
