To know me is to know I love sharing what I've learned coaching over 5,200 individuals since launching my career coaching practice 11 years ago. My globally-based clients include MBAs, attorneys, CFOs, CEOs and entrepreneurs across a myriad of industries and functions. I help people get promoted, change careers, return to work, start their own company, join corporate boards, and get their first C-suite role. During the pandemic, I’ve also started helping college students and recent graduates land their first full-time jobs!

I bring to my coaching work an extensive background in strategic marketing, executive training and business development. Prior to becoming a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), I worked at Kraft Foods, Time Warner and JPMorgan. I also have independent consulting experience with a variety of Cable and Telcom organizations, including Mediacom, AT&T, and Net2Phone.

Of great significance to me is the fact that my first-ever "Zoom Event" was for The CoCo! Prior to coronavirus, I led career and leadership development events in NYC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Washington D.C. and London. My first “pandemic pivot” was for The CoCo, and I’m so grateful for that opportunity! I led a panel discussion on May 15th called: “Are you Ready to Reinvent Your Career,” and we had over 50 women in attendance. I originally joined The CoCo for a sense of community and camaraderie during lockdown. I had been a member of several co-working spaces in NYC (now all closed) and was excited to experience the virtual model that The CoCo offered.

I am proud to be a pioneer in group coaching and have run 1000’s of job search and leadership groups for the Kellogg School of Management, iRelaunch: the Return-to-Work Experts, Morrison & Foerster LLP, and NYU Stern. Another "pandemic pivot” I’ve made is moving all of my Career Accelerator multi-week workshops to Zoom.

For anyone hoping to launch a new career - or get a new job - in 2021, the December Career Accelerator is an ideal way to make it happen! My expertise is giving people the tools and inspiration they need to make dramatic transformations in both their life and career. Not only am I a key career advisor - I'm usually my clients' biggest cheerleader as well. I’m looking forward to helping CoCo members achieve their professional goals in 2021!
