I understand what it’s like to go through difficult times and come out on the other side stronger and with a more empowered mindset. I have lost loved ones to suicide, overcame an eating disorder, and conquered panic attacks and burnout.

Today I have a sense of gratitude for these challenges because they lead me to finding my purpose and passion. I learned that many symptoms can be treated using integrative modalities; including supplements, nutrition interventions, cognitive-behavioral techniques, trauma-informed practices, mindfulness-based therapies, and understanding your unique energy blueprint. I have spent the last 2 decades learning and experimenting with anxiety treatment strategies to help myself, my children, and my patients. It’s my life's mission to share this knowledge with as many other women as I can.

I am an Integrative Therapist and specialize in healing anxiety in women and teens. While I have the traditional training as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I also incorporate Human Design, Energy Psychology, Integrative Medicine and Hearthmath in my practice. I believe that pain can be a great catalyst for personal growth and with the right information and support everyone can heal. I help women who are starting to feel like there is no hope that they will ever be able to cope with their anxiety to learn the outside the box strategies to give them HOPE that they can actually feel good again.

I have been hearing about the Co-Co from my friends for a few years and after COVID hit I found myself looking for ways to learn and connect with inspiring women. After speaking with Lynne I knew it was a great fit. I have been amazed by the quality of the workshops I have taken and by the women I have connected with. Since my therapy practice has moved online I no longer have a dedicated office space I love knowing that I have a space to work outside my home if I need. I guess it just gives me peace of mind that I have a community that has my back and is 100% supportive of my success.
