National Women's Equality Day is observed annually on August 26th to honor the date women gained the right to vote. Faith Taylor is the Environmental Social Governance Leader at Tesla, and after devoting her career to building global businesses, educating and enhancing corporate social responsibility by championing a culture of responsibility, fostering sustainability, and building diverse teams, she has become recognized as an industry authority, thought leader, and subject matter expert in diversity, marketing, innovation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and risk management.

She is speaking about how companies can ensure a more intersectional approach and address the struggles of individuals marginalized by color during the return to work after Covid-19. 


Dr. Eleonore Fournier Tombs, Professor 

Dr. Eleonore Fournier Tombs is a data scientist and adjunct professor with a strong interest in the dynamics of technology and global inequality, pluralism and deliberative democracy. With 15 years of professional experience in international development, finance and humanitarian aid, as a data scientist, researcher and communications professional. She is currently leading the Inclusive Technology Lab and at the Research Chair on Accountable AI in a Global Context at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and consults for the World Bank and the United Nations.

In this clip, she is speaking about how we can rebalance women’s personnel responsibilities to ensure that their voices are heard during this critical time. 


Micheala Markels, Podcast Host of Womxn in Yale

Yale student and podcast host of “Womxn in Yale '', Micheala Markels has had a plethora of opportunities to connect with hundreds of people from around the world and different walks of life. The clip above shows her talking about the changes we still need to make to break down barriers that exist in working women for future generations.


Suzanne Cerra, Co-Founder of Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C. & SHIFT HR Compliance Training, LLC

Suzanne M. Cerra has devoted her legal career to representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters. She has represented hundreds of clients in state and federal court proceedings, arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and the New York Human Rights Division.

In  this clip, she talks about new opportunities in the workplace for women, despite the challenges the last year has brought.
