Member Spotlight: Rachel Zorel
In 2004 I decided to leave my design job in the city and begin freelancing. I was in my 20’s, hungry to be a great designer and start a business. I got married, moved out of the city (yay Hoboken + South Orange), had 4 kids (yes on purpose!), worked less, worked more, rented my first tiny studio, slowly hired a team and found my way as a designer and Creative Director. The studio has grown into a full service branding agency serving clients in every industry from beauty to hospitality.
7 Layer Studio is a multidisciplinary design and branding agency. We break through the mundane in pursuit of the extraordinary and create brands worth noticing. We use our perspective as a female founded design firm to affect positive change for both our clients and their audiences. We work with startups and seasoned brands to create thoughtful and strategic creative work.
I heard about The Co-Co through several other members. I'm looking forward to making new connections with other members personally and professionally.
