A recent Meta-Gallup poll reveals a startling truth: nearly one in four people around the world are grappling with loneliness. This extensive survey underscores the real need for meaningful social connections in our lives.

Thanksgiving is quickly approaching. Given many difficulties this year, it may seem challenging to be grateful. But let's collectively embrace a state of gratefulness. Giving, receiving, and witnessing Gratitude can improve our physical and mental well-being, especially during difficult times. Who doesn't need that? Experts believe a small dose of Gratitude once a day is ideal. Commit to taking from the Thanksgiving table: "I am grateful for..." to your everyday.

Although I formed Main Street Social Media in June of this year, I have always been passionate about supporting small, local, and family-run businesses. Through this LLC, I support clients with social media management and consulting.
