Thanksgiving is quickly approaching. Given many difficulties this year, it may seem challenging to be grateful. But let's collectively embrace a state of gratefulness. Giving, receiving, and witnessing Gratitude can improve our physical and mental well-being, especially during difficult times. Who doesn't need that? Experts believe a small dose of Gratitude once a day is ideal. Commit to taking from the Thanksgiving table: "I am grateful for..." to your everyday.
