In 2015, The Daily was created by Pilates enthusiast and industry leader Lily Collins. With a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science and an extensive background working alongside physical therapists and chiropractors, she developed a more balanced and innovative approach to exercise. Her signature workouts are a result of years of experience in athletics, dance, and fitness, uniquely blending traditional Pilates with dynamic strength training—one of the first to do so.

Created to invigorate all the senses, The Daily Pilates® is a beautiful wellness studio franchise offering a variety of science-based Pilates Reformer classes for a unique, customizable fitness plan. You’ll find everything from contemporary group Reformer classes and HIIT to sound bath restorative options—there’s something for everyone.

With locations now in Georgia and New Jersey, we believe the secret to success is found in our daily routine, and we make it our mission to inspire and motivate our clients to practice wellness every day, inside and outside the studio, for maximum results.

I was born in Germany and grew up in New Jersey, where I began my career in corporate communications within the banking industry. During the pandemic, I experienced a deep shift toward holistic wellness, which led my business partner, Jazz Lowe, and I to partner with Lily Collins, founder of The Daily Pilates, to bring the studio’s first out-of-state location to Summit. Our goal is to create a welcoming wellness space for all women and men in the community, where they can focus on their health and well-being on the daily!

I first heard about The Co-Co through my business partner, Jessica 'Jazz' Lowe, who met Betty. After receiving a tour and learning about the history of The Co-Co, we immediately knew this was a community we wanted to be part of. My first coffee networking event was such a treat—it took away the intimidation of networking, and I made great connections right away. I felt like I had found an incredible community of women who are all about growing, building, and supporting one another. Kathy and Betty were also incredibly supportive during the soft opening of The Daily Summit, helping spread the word among Co-Co members, which made our first week a success. The Co-Co has truly become a place where I feel connected and inspired in both my personal and professional life.
