Kathleen has over 25 years of Human Resources executive experience as a member of the senior leadership team at Disney, Rotech Healthcare, Wyndham, Corner Table Restaurants, and LHH. She has experience in all areas of Human Resources with a passion for development, growth, and transformation. Kathleen launched her own business in 2023 as a leadership and career transition coach who empowers others to become their best selves. Her strong communication skills invite exploration and create connections. It is not always easy. Surmounting adversity has given me a deep sense of empathy, appreciation, and grounding that enriches my professional experience.

As a Leadership and Career Transition Coach, she wants to hear your story, meet you where you are at, and guide you to make optimal choices to achieve your goals. Through the power of thoughtful dialogue and a holistic approach, she will help you realize your full potential. Kathleen’s committed to developing your trust, being curious, and asking you challenging questions. She has said she likes to think of herself as your (certified) guide, sherpa, or navigator, and she will help you discover the tools to design your own path. First and foremost, she wants to empower you.

Her approach is deeply rooted in nature, and she tries to incorporate this element into her coaching whenever possible. Whether it’s hitting the slopes in the winter or taking a dip in a serene lake during the summer months, Kathleen has always gravitated to outdoor activities. She’s competed in triathlons, finished numerous individual and relay running races, hiked sections of the Appalachian Trail, and coached her son’s mountain bike team. She says her mind is always clearest when immersed in the elements. A life-altering experience in 2018 clarified her connection to the natural world and reaffirmed her true calling: to help people become their best selves.

Kathleen is excited to expand her network and learn specific business development tips and strategies from The Co-Co and its members!
