Member Spotlight: Amy Lynn-Cramer
Raised in California, Amy left her heart in San Francisco to move to the Big Apple 20 years ago, and is now a proud resident of Maplewood. She graduated from St. Mary’s College of California with a B.A. in Communications and is an ICF certified health and life coach. A former publicist to on-air talent in music, news and entertainment, Amy left corporate America, where she was specializing in internal communications, to form Cramer Connect.
Now, with a big dose of connection and engagement, she’s on a mission to transform organizational culture through strategic communications and executive coaching. Amy is in her “yes” era. She's been blessed with two amazing children, husband and a dog (who is taller than she is), she loves to travel, being near the water is her happy place, and she’s one of Maplewood's Heart & Sole coaches.
She describes her business as a “two-fold approach to influencing workplace culture and it begins with empowering the individual. Through a comprehensive approach to executive coaching, I prioritize clients' health and well-being, focusing on their stress levels, sleep, movement, and nutrition. When leaders show up at their best, they can lead more effectively. The next step involves building a cohesive workplace culture, aligning leaders and employees toward a shared vision of success. This is achieved through strategic, purposeful communication designed to drive and exceed business goals and objectives”.
I was looking for a community where I could connect with like-minded people who were either entrepreneurs or in executive business roles; whom I could continue to learn and grow from. A friend suggested she should check out The Co-Co!
