Member Spotlight: Meet Marta Bukowska

I am Marta, a tropical island girl at heart, but now I reside in Millburn, NJ. I help visionary women reconnect with their vibrancy, truth, and inner power so they can create a solid foundation for living life fully expressed. Most would describe me as a wellness coach, but in reality, I am so much more than that. My broad expertise includes wellness, sustainable weight loss, mindset, and emotional mastery, masculine and feminine energetics, self-leadership, and multiple embodiment practices. Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. Let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we desire and deserve. I take my clients on a journey of self-love, self-discovery, freedom, self-acceptance, and unapologetic self-expression.

Credentials: Certified Life Coach - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching Certified Holistic Health Coach - Institute for Integrative Nutrition Hormonal Health Coach - Institute for Integrative Nutrition Psychology of Emotional Eating Coach - Institute for Integrative Nutrition Certified Personal Trainer

I am well-known and successful in helping women to overcome emotional eating. I've created a self-study program The 30-Day Emotional Eating Challenge - for women who desire to heal their relationship with food to create sustainable change in other areas of their life.  For many of my clients, creating food freedom jump-started a radical shift in how they showed up for life because there is so much potential waiting to be unleashed on the other side of our coping mechanisms.

I found out about the Co-Co via social media and fell in love with your beautiful interior. Post Covid, I was looking for a place to work outside of my home office and couldn't find anything that felt inspiring, was located in a busy downtown where I can grab launch and coffee. I guess I was looking for NYC in NJ, and The Co-Co was IT. I have been working online for 5 years now and have belonged to beautiful online communities but I am craving in-person connection and hope that I can create and cultivate that at The Co-Co. I am so grateful, that I found you.
