Member Spotlight: Meet Lindsay Kruse

I am a proud mom of two amazing teen/tweens (11 and 15) who both learn differently and have worked in education and leadership for most of my career (after 6 years in management consulting!) I’m an authentic, strategic builder of people, programs and communities of impact focused on creating a more equitable world.

I thrive in an environment where I can build and design impactful programs or initiatives from scratch, then grow and scale them strategically. I leverage over fifteen years of strategic planning, program design, leadership development, and coaching in education and equity-focused organizations across schools, districts, CMOs, nonprofits and education technology. I bring specific expertise in adult learning, school leadership, instruction, learning disabilities, and talent/human capital.

My approach leverages my superpower of connecting the dots - connecting big picture strategy with the little details that matter, and connecting the warmth of humanity and empathy with ambitious, high expectations that bring out the best in people. I do all of this with a determination and relentless focus on getting good things done with passion and joy.

I am the co-founder and CEO of All Means All, an organization that builds partnerships with school and system leaders to increase equitable outcomes and opportunities for students with disabilities and other intersectional identities who have been historically marginalized. We run a 15-month, cohort based leadership program with school leaders and their teams.

I'm probably best equipped to help others who are either interested in nonprofit or education leadership, and/or other parents on the journey with kids who learn and think differently.

I drive my daughter an hour from our home in Princeton to attend Winston Preparatory School in Whippany, NJ, an amazing school that supports her learning needs. I was tired of working in my car during the pandemic and eager to find a community. The Co-Co has been such an amazing community to be a part of and has made doing the commute so worth it professionally and personally.
