Member Spotlight: Meet Jalpa Pandit

A Jewelry Designer & Gemologist trained at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) with close to 25 years of experience in the industry! After years of varied corporate positions with prominent American brands, I realized that my passion was taking unloved jewelry pieces that were collecting dust at the back of my jewelry box and breathing new life into them! Soon, my friends and family were asking me to transform their pieces into wearable designs…and before you know it my business “niche” was born!

I am on a mission to make women fall in love with their forgotten jewelry again by taking unloved pieces and transforming them into modern heirlooms.

Go through your forgotten treasures and find those legacy pieces that you have always known to be valuable but also those are also rich in sentiment & meaning...but not your current aesthetic! I can help you redesign these and transform them into pieces that you will enjoy wearing now and look forward to passing along to the next generation!

I take pride in the fact that all of my bespoke designs are made only in the USA (and mostly in the heart of New York City) and by supporting as many women-owned enterprises that share my passion for excellent craftsmanship & service!

When I was in the process of setting up my business (shortly before COVID) I found that it was a very lonely existence...until the time I found "The Co-Co" in Summit, NJ. I was located in the Hoboken area but found myself at the Co-Co a few times a week and attending as many events as I could!

The amazing founders of this platform have created a community of like-minded women that support and encourage one another to rise onward and upward! In fact, my COVID story is, that after 20 years in Weehawken, I finally moved to Summit to enjoy the sense of community that I found here because of my Co-Co friends! Joining the Co-Co on their opening night was a life-changing decision for me!
