Member Spotlight: Meet Crystal DiFrancesco

I grew up in Union, NJ, and currently live in Scotch Plains, NJ. When I was 16 years old, I signed up for cosmetology and took these classes in my junior and senior years as an elective. In 2012, I graduated high school with my cosmetology license and began my career. I worked at Charles Studio in Fanwood, NJ for 7 years doing hair, makeup, and eyebrows. In 2019, I decided to specialize specifically in eyebrows and move on from the hair industry. I worked and studied under my mentor for 3 years in Livingston, NJ at Beauty Bar. I also received my Micropigmentation certification here and began offering this service. In June of 2022, I opened up my business at the Sola Salons Studio in Madison, NJ.

I specialize in Micropigmentation for eyebrows and eyebrow design. Eyebrows are an essential part of the face and having them shaped by a professional can make a huge difference! I offer different services for your eyebrows such as shaping, tinting, henna, lamination, and micro-pigmentation which is semi-permanent makeup. I help people spend less time on their eyebrows in the morning and help people feel more confident when they look in the mirror. I am a big believer in less is more and enhancing someone’s natural beauty!

I heard about The Co-Co from a networking event at The R3finery in Summit, NJ. Here is where I met Melissa! I joined The Co-Co because I was very attracted to being around a group of like-minded women. A group that I can be vulnerable with, get advice from, and feel uplifted.
