“I grew up in Harrington Park, New Jersey, and attended high school at the Academy of the Holy Angels in Demarest. From there, I went to Boston College and returned to New Jersey for law school at Seton Hall University. I am a proud and involved alumna of all three institutions who played a critical role in my intellectual, professional and faith formation.

I started my career as a practicing attorney specializing in employment litigation and counseling. I was recruited by a pharmaceutical client of mine to the General Counsel's office where I served for three years before being tapped by the CEO for the role of Chief HR Officer. I later returned to the legal sector spending nearly 10 years as both a CHRO and COO of large, global law firms. I am passionate about building diverse, global leadership teams and felt drawn to bring this skill set to executive search so that I could have a broader impact. I joined Boyden as a Partner in 2023.

I am also on the Board of Embrace Global, a non-profit that makes and distributes low cost baby incubators to developing countries and in response to humanitarian crises resulting from war or natural disasters. Closer to home, I am on the Corporate Advisory Board for Homeless Solutions, Inc., an organization that offers shelter, services and supportive housing to the homeless and working poor in Morris County, New Jersey. I live in Madison, NJ and Kennebunkport, Maine, with my husband and twin boys.

I am a Partner with Boyden, a prominent global executive search and advisory firm. I leverage my unique experiences as a Deputy General Counsel, Chief HR/People Officer and COO to partner with organizations who want to attract, recruit and build high performing teams at the top. I specialize in c-suite, board, and senior HR, legal and non-profit placements and coaching, and know how to successfully pair talent with an organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. I thrive as an architect and builder of global teams with an eye on building critical capabilities and scaling service delivery. I have done this successfully in pharmaceutical and professional c-suites in both public and private global companies and now for companies and organizations that retain me to identify and recruit senior leaders.

Additionally, I am the co-Founder of Suite Talking, a multi-channel forum for community and conversation in the c-suite that includes live and virtual programs along with executive coaching and other human capital consulting services.

I was inspired to join The Co-Co by Kathy Cowan who is a neighbor from Madison.
