Wellness Wednesday: Self-Care and Stress Management During Uncertain Times

During these uncertain times when it feels like so much is outside of our control, taking steps to manage stress and practicing excellent self-care are some of the most powerful things we can do for ourselves and our loved ones. In this workshop, we’ll cover practical steps you can take every day to protect your body’s most powerful tool for good health — your mindset.

Healthy habits you can keep up every day (even while social distancing) to boost your wellbeing. Exercises and principals you can put into practice right away to shift out of fear and stress into peace and reassurance. Practices you can share with your loved ones to help them manage their own stress.
