The Unexpected Challenge to Our Mental Health

Hosted Virtually the 12th of August 2020.

The stress and anxiety we have all been dealing with since the onset of quarantine is challenging us. Coping with a very uncertain and changed environment impacts our everyday lives and leaves us unsure of a familiar and comfortable future. Our routines, security, and “new normal” are still unfolding and unknown.

How can we help maintain positive and strong mental health while trying to adapt, stay safe and prepare?

Mental health consultant Gail Schoenbach will offer guidance to cope with loss of control and forced changes, reinforce resiliency and support, and help adapt and to strengthen your mental health.
